In summer, the use of air conditioning for cooling is essential, so a goodrefrigerant charging machineis a factor that determines summer comfort.
(1) Before charging the refrigerant into the car air conditioning, first evacuate for 1 hour. When the system has no leaks and is under vacuum, open the R134a bottle with the mouth facing down, loosen the soft hose connector in the middle of the pressure gauge to release the air in the hose, and open the manual valve on the high-pressure side to inject liquid refrigerant from the high-pressure side.
(2) When the pressures on the high-pressure gauge and low-pressure gauge reach equilibrium and stop rising, close the manual valve on the high-pressure side, turn the R134a bottle mouth up, and stop for more than 5 minutes.
(3) Start the air conditioning, open the manual valve on the low-pressure side, and inject gaseous refrigerant from the low-pressure side. It is strictly prohibited to inject liquid refrigerant from the low-pressure side. At this time, the engine speed should be maintained at 800-1200 RPM.
(4) Observe the flow of refrigerant in the car window during the refrigerant charging. When the bubbles disappear, immediately close the manual valve on the low-pressure side, then place the suction and discharge working valves on the back seat, and remove the maintenance pressure gauge. Purchasing refrigerant recovery and filling products is also a major issue that deserves in-depth analysis. A comprehensive investigation should be conducted from the following aspects:
(1) Main components of the refrigerant charging machine: whether the compressor and vacuum pump are imported products, which largely determines the quality of the equipment.
(2) Whether the refrigerant charging machine manufacturers and distributors can handle issues in a timely manner.
(3) Costs during equipment warranty and maintenance processes. The above are some issues to pay attention to when purchasing refrigerant charging machine equipment.
