Suitable for the removal of water and gas from lubricating oil, and for precise oil injection.
Features:
The purification tank is configured as a double tank, alternating the purification of oil products, independently ensuring the continuity of production. The purified oil is sealed in the purification tank with pure nitrogen, waiting for filling.
Both the purification tank and pipelines are made of stainless steel, and their surfaces have been treated with electrolytic polishing, ensuring that the purified oil will not be contaminated during storage and filling.
The key method for filling oil uses imported mass flow meters, which are not affected by temperature or density, thus ensuring high precision in filling.
The filling gun is independently developed to ensure high precision filling at high speeds, with a specially designed nozzle that has a back-suction function to prevent oil dripping from the nozzle after filling.
The purification and filling processes are automatically operated under PLC control. The touch screen provides rich equipment information, allowing operators to clearly understand the operating status of the equipment, alarm content, etc., and to set relevant parameters such as temperature and time on the touch screen.
Barcode scanners, printers, Ethernet interfaces, and other auxiliary functions can be added according to customer needs. The touch screen provides various operational statuses, filling amounts, alarm content, etc., and can provide historical filling data for quality tracking by users.

Oil tank vacuum degree: ≤100Pa (the vacuum degree requirement varies according to different oil products)

Working oil temperature: 40-60℃ (adjustable) clean
(Water vapor) treatment capacity:
Water content in crude oil ≤500ppm, water content in purified oil ≤20ppm
Gas content in crude oil ≤10%,
Gas content in purified oil ≤0.1%.
Filling speed: ≥80ml/s
Filling accuracy: ±5ml for 100-1000ml
±0.5% for above 1000ml
Filling amount setting range: 100~9999ml
